Step twenty one:

Choose your rounded rectangle tool and set the radius setting to 20 pixels with anti-aliased checked. In a new layer draw a 67 x 41 pixels, #B70022 rounded rectangle. Cut the top half of your rounded rectangle then apply a Gradient Overlay layer styles.

Step twenty two:

Now re locate your half rounded rectangle just below your footer backdrop. With your text tool type in go up using font Arial, bold, 11 pt, crisp and #FFEA00 for color. Add a gradient overlay layer style.

Step twenty three:

Next to your go up button, add more sub links such as login, wordpress credit and title for your theme. Use font Arial, bold, 10 pt, none and #FF75BC for color. Make sure you leave spaces between your links and add a #464646 colored vertical bars.

Step twenty four:

Duplicate your half rounded rectangle from step 21 then flip the shape vertical through Edit > Transform. Now under your gradient overlay layer style, modify the angle to 90 degrees. Duplicate the half rounded rectangle and position on the opposite end of your canvas as shown on the picture below.
